Australian Business Arts Foundation Awards: City of Sydney Open Awards 2005

Australian Business Arts Foundation Award

In 2003, the partnership between Woodside Energy Ltd. and the Western Australian Museum, to survey the marine biodiversity of the Dampier Archipelago, was acknowledged with an Australian Business Arts Foundation (ABAF) Award in the City of Sydney Open Category. These awards honour inspirational examples of relationships between the private sector and the arts, and aim to recognise and promote the benefits partnerships offer to both parties. The partnership between Woodside Energy Ltd. and the Western Australian Museum was eligible for such an award as the museum is part of the Western Australian government’s Department of Culture and the Arts.
