The Exhibition Design team use some very expensive state-of-the-art software to design exhibitions on the OS X platform. One application called Google Sketchup© is a free download that everyone can use. We recommend downloading the software and drawing up your house. We have drawn up the Perth Museum in three dimensions using this software and you can see it on Google Earth©. This movie shows the layout of the ACDC: Australia’s Family Jewels exhibition that opened in Melbourne last year. We are currently installing the ACDC exhibition in Sydney and it will travel to Darwin before opening in Perth April 2011.

Google sketchup is a great little tool. My daughter is studying Art and Design and finds it invaluable. I also like it but don't quite have her skill in using it lol!

Hey what a great tool but even better (well I think) is ACDC..... What an amazing group. But on a more serious note the presentation in your video is absolutely excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed it - feel an ACDC music moment coming on....
