The Albany Welcome Walls will honour the large number of people who arrived by sea into Western Australia through Albany. It will be a striking outdoor gallery, a meeting place of memories and an evocative social history.

Supporting the Albany Welcome Walls is 'Passages', a computer database, with a terminal which will be accessible within the Western Australian Museum - Albany. This dynamic information source will record arrivals by sea in Western Australia, and display fascinating archival photographs and records of the ports, the ships and the people who stepped ashore here.

Individual migrants listed on the Albany Welcome Walls will also be listed here with additional family history supplied by their family or descendants.
