Left behind married daughter Anna (Pracilio). Travelled with daughters Lucia (18 years) and Consiglia (13 years) to be reunited with her husband Luigi and son Antonio. Widowed 1942. Lived with Anotnio and his family. Although illiterate, Michelina maintained the history of generations of traditions, customs and culture through her gift of storytelling.
