Ex Army Soldier migrating to Australia with pregnant wife & seven children, settling down in the bush of Beechboro in a 2 room tin & fibro house. We were introduced to the heat & flies. We quickly settled down. Had chooks & a cow. Conditions were far from ideal, but we managed.
