My Mother Elizabeth Josephine Bawn - Rule 1902-1971. Elizabeth Bawn arrived at Fremantle aged 24 years to start a new life in Australia. She met and married William Rule two years later and they had 3 daughters. My mother was the best mum and dearly loved grandmother to seven grandchildren. Elizabeth was a woman of great courage and wisdom that embraced her life in Australia but never forgot her roots or her trust in God.
