Son of Eliza and John Blewett, a London Police Sergeant. He was a Ships Boilermaker and Bank Teller in London. Arrived Albany aboard SS Themistocles 26th July, 1925. He worked as a Farm Labourer before becoming a Bank Manager. Enlisted in the Army in 1940 and died as a Prisoner of War in Sandakan, Borneo 23rd March 1945.
