Byrne Thomas Patrick was born in 1903 in Scotland. He was brought up in Ireland & left school in 1911. He joined Connaught Rangers in 1920 & the British Army in 1922. Came to West Australia in 1926 & worked at Lake Grace on the railways. Married Winifred Anthony in 1934 & they had three daughters - Margaret, Beryl & Patricia. Lived in Carlisle & Rossmoyne. He died in 1985.
