Walter Easton came here as school master to the convict establishment. Later took up land in East Fremantle and established the Windsor Vineyard Estate. Children: George, Maud (m. GF Payne), Frank (m. Minnie Cooper), May (m. Albert Bulgin), Susan (m. Charles Wearne), Guy Norman (m. Jessie Cooper).
