Evicted by Stalin to Siberia circa 1940. Oldest brother Jakov died while in camp. Father imprisoned for stealing bread to feed family. Travelled to Persia then Africa. Lived in camp Tengeru Tanganyika for 8 years before coming to Australia in 1950. Married Josef Ross and settled in Maylands.
