Arrived as a displaced person & travelled by train to Northam Migrant Camp. Worked for Austrralian Government for a time to repay the cost of his passage. In 1956, he married Shirley Wood, fathering Damian, Andrew & Josephine. He died of a cerebral haemorrhage in October 1985 and is buried in Karrakata.
