Dr Frank & Joyce Debney and family, heading to Bathurst, NSW on the ship "Maloja", received a telegram requesting them to consider a medical position at the Northam Migant Camp. After 5 months in Northam, they moved to Perth to settle. Catherine Anne, their fourth child, was born in 1953.
