In 1963, Sebastiano Maccora and his wife Anna Helena Maria purchased the land at 17 Gill Street, North Perth. Their residence was 20 Monmouth Street, Mount Lawley.
They built a house on the land in Gill Street and, in 1964, sold it to my grandfather Victor Arthur Crompton.
