Liane celebrated her 19th birthday travelling to Australia headed for Sydney. Arrived in Fremantle on April 1st and intercepted by her fiancee Werner Mueller, who had arrived in December 1954. They married that day and have two daughters, Monika and Diane, and four grandchildren.
