Read their story
Left Messina on the TOSCANA, very bad conditions. From Fremantle to Bunbury on steam bus, then to Kirup to Uncle Frank Cavallaro. Bought property in Kirup in 1955. Mariangela arrived on the FAIRSEA in 1956. Both worked very hard. Unfortunately no children. Later many relatives followed to Australia. In 1985, due to ill health, sold property & now reside in Perth.
